Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@deckmart.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 601 Garyray Dr, North York, ON M9L 1P9
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Sales Return confirmation and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, including custom products or those labelled as "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM" in the initial sales documents or on the product page, are non-returnable.
Returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Change or Cancellation
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact DeckMart immediately. We will accommodate your request if your order has yet to be processed.
Expenses Incurred During Product Return
All expenses related to the return of the product will be deducted from the final refund amount. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Shipping costs to and from the customer
- Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred by the company during shipment to the customer and upon return

European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking and Cancellation Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns and cancellations of orders that have already been processed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive the refund automatically using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
