Turnaround and Shipping
How long will it take for my order to be ready to ship?
The turnaround time depends on the product you purchase. Typically, orders are available for same-day pick-up or same-day delivery for local customers, depending on the options selected during checkout. However, due to order volumes, DeckMart may require up to two days to prepare orders for delivery. Turnaround times apply only to items marked "IN STOCK" with a physical quantity listed on the website.
For products marked "IN STOCK" without a physical quantity listed, additional time is needed to procure the item from the supplier or manufacturer. Depending on the product, this can take 2 business days to 6 weeks. For specific details, refer to the "Shipping & Availability" section on the product page or contact Customer Service before placing your order.
For remote locations, additional time may be required to consolidate multiple orders or arrange third-party shipments. If you are in a rush, please get in touch with Customer Service to discuss expedited options, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 24–72 hours if all items are available. For details on availability, check the "IN STOCK" quantity or the "Shipping & Availability" section on the product page. If items are back-ordered, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, contact Customer Service for assistance.
What are my shipping options?
We ship using Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, other third-party carriers, or our trucks.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
DeckMart delivers within Canada and the US, subject to the transportation company's requirements.
If an online shipping quote is unavailable for your order, don't hesitate to contact Customer Service for assistance.
Deliveries require a valid street address or rural route number with a postal code. Deliveries to rural/remote areas may incur additional charges. PO box deliveries are not supported.
Do you ship outside Ontario?
Yes, we frequently ship to other provinces in Canada and the US. If you cannot obtain a live shipping quote online, email us the items you wish to order and the delivery address, and our Shipping Department will provide details on shipping costs and turnaround time.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. To determine the cost, add the desired items to your cart, enter the delivery address, and include the postal code.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact DeckMart immediately. If the order is still pending, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pick-up from DeckMart Warehouse
Once your order is ready, you can pick it up at 601 Garyray Dr, North York, ON, M9L 1P9. Orders must be picked up within seven days of notification. After this period, DeckMart reserves the right to cancel the order per the company's Return & Refund Policy.
