This system includes precision-cut plugs made from actual TimberTech decking material, providing a perfect color and grain match for a virtually invisible finish.

• Complete Kit: Each package contains screws, plugs, and a PVC/Composite Tool, ensuring you have all necessary components for installation.
• Patented Tool Design: The included PVC/Composite Tool features an Auto-Stop™ mechanism that sets screws to the correct depth without overdriving, preventing damage to the deck surface.
• High-Quality Screws: Screws are available in epoxy-coated, grade 305 or marine-grade 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
• Easy Installation: The system is designed for straightforward installation, making it suitable for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

Installation Guidelines:

1. Pre-Drilling: It's recommended to pre-drill a 3/16" pilot hole through the decking material only (not the joist) to facilitate screw insertion.
2. Screw Installation: Using the PVC/Composite Tool fitted with the appropriate driver bit, drive the screw into the pre-drilled hole until the Auto-Stop™ mechanism engages.
3. Plug Insertion: Insert the TimberTech® matching plug into the hole and tap it gently with a smooth-faced hammer until it's flush with the deck surface.
